Thank you for visiting and shopping at GROVE HOUSE. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time All orders are processed same day and delivered on your specific date.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery We deliver within 20 miles of our base of operations. Please let us know during checkout what delivery date is desired. If you are needing delivery further away please email us at grovehousechicago@gmail.com and we will see what is possible.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available. Please let us know during checkout what pickup date is desired.

Special items Special items such as wedding bridal bouquets, arrangements and installation for event require at least 5-6 days to be delivered. Please email us at grovehousechicago@gmail.com to request special items.

Address change Please keep in mind that if shipping address is incorrectly imputed in the order, or if customer requests an address change once, we cannot guarantee a timely delivery of the product. We can process any change or correction of the address by charging a reroute fee of $15 dollars per order. Keep in mind that a reroute might affect the delivery day.

Due to the delicate nature of our product, we highly recommend our customers to choose a delivery address where somebody will be able to receive the shipment. GROVE HOUSE is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages as a result of being left in inclement weather or without recipient.
